Before I decided to start up my business Madra Design I was working as an in-house designer at Learning Services the sister company to Houghton Mifflin Company. At LS I created marketing material like tradeshow signage, mailers, and catalogs as well as re-creating their identity package (business cards, letterhead and some thank you cards and envelopes). I worked there almost two years until I decided it was time to venture out on my own. I met some great people in and out of the office thanks to some traveling I did to various education technology trade shows. I recently finished some trade show signage for Knowledge Adventure educational software company.
